SHIPPING POLICY:
The customer pays all shipping and handling charges. Additional optional shipping services and options (Insurance, Priority Mail, etc) are listed below.
All orders are shipped in new, sturdy mailers, designed for shipping records, with inner cardboard and bubble wrap as needed to prevent damage during shipping.
All domestic orders will be shipped via Stamps.com and include Delivery Confirmation.
We Use USPS 1st Class for items under 13oz, and USPS Media Mail for items over 13oz.
All orders paid for via Paypal will ship to the verified address listed with the Paypal account. Make sure your Paypal shipping address is up to date before ordering.
Items may also be picked up in person at one of our two shop locations in Providence RI or Cambridge MA to save on shipping costs locally, but payment of state sales tax will be required at time of purchase.
ADDITIONAL SHIPPING SERVICES / USA: If you want to receive your package via priority mail, or with additional insurance or tracking options: please email us and we can send you a Paypal invoice directly.
INSURANCE
Insurance is recommended due to the nature of the postal service, it is not automatically included in the price. You will be charged extra for this service if requested at the rates listed below.

If you want to receive your package via priority mail, please email us and we can send you a Paypal invoice directly. You will be quoted with the costs for this additional shipping option.
OTHER OPTIONS
If you want your order shipped by another method (UPS, In Store Pickup, etc.), please add this request to your order and we will get back to you with a quote for any additional shipping costs or information related to your order.
PROOF OF SHIPMENT/TRACKING
We have every package we ship scanned when we drop them off to verify proof of shipment, and all domestic packages are trackable via either Stamps.com or USPS.com.
